Golds - You get them from posting throughout the site. Sometime in the future, there will be something nice to go with it so you guys can spent your golds. It is not going to be items or anything, it is mostly going to be art or graphic. You will be able to request art or graphic from me for your avatar or for anything you like. It is all up to you.
Reputation Points - If you have a lot of reputation points that mean that you're being trusted by a lot of peoples on this site and the more you have the more likely you will become a moderator. :]
